The offered vintage baseball glove is the very elusive, duck web style fielder's glove. This scarce glove is at the top of the want list for nearly every collector of vintage baseball gloves. It was a short lived innovation that resulted in very few gloves being produced, and now they are in very high demand. The offered example was made by the Ratsch Peerless Sporting Goods Company. Amazingly the button for the wrist strap, which is celluloid and a terrible choice for a baseball glove, remains very much intact. The glove itself also remains in exceptional condition with the Ratsch Peerless logo and model no. D250T boldly stamped into the glove. Overall the glove grades solid EX-MT and it represents of the finest examples out there.
