This exceptional vintage baseball glove is a model 545, made by National. The glove is of high quality, genuine horsehide and features a white leather rawhide lace at the heel, which makes for a great look. The glove is endorsed by Atley Donald, showing his facsimile signature glowing in silver on the face of the glove. Atley Donald gloves are very rare and difficult to find in any condition. This one has never been used and grades NR-MT to MINT. Atley Donald was a pitcher for the New York Yankees from 1938 to 1945. He played major league baseball for only 7 seasons, all with the Yankees.
