The offered football helmet was made in the 1940’s by MacGregor. It’s their model H614, which was one of two models, along with the H612, that was used by Notre Dame and other prominent colleges and professional teams. This particular helmet features white leather with a broad brown leather stripe going front to back which is flanked by a narrow black stripe on both sides. As to be expected, the helmet is built like a tank. A solid and heavy helmet that exhibits nice use but still remains in EX-MT condition.
